How do the sizes run?
Generally true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down half — the suede straps mold to your foot after a few wears. See the size chart on this page for exact foot length in cm.
How long does shipping take?

Are these waterproof?
The rubber sole is waterproof. The suede strap is water-resistant — light splashes are fine, but we don't recommend wading in. If they get wet, air-dry them away from direct heat.
What if they don't fit or I don't love them?
30-day no-questions returns. Email support@zenviasandals.com with your order number, ship them back unworn in the original packaging, we'll refund within 5–10 business days of receiving them.
How do I clean them?
Wipe the sole with a damp cloth. For the suede strap, use a soft suede brush in one direction. Avoid soaking. A suede protector spray will keep them looking new for years.

Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery to Canada and Australia takes 10–18 business days. Other regions 12–25 days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
