30-day return window
Return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
How to start a return
- Email support@zenviasandals.com with order number + reason.
- We send a return authorization within 1 business day.
- Ship back. Free returns for defective/wrong items; customer pays return shipping otherwise.
- Refund processed within 5-10 days of receiving the return.
